We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Support & Success Agent (20-38,5 hrs/week) to join our Customer Support team.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and have a seamless experience with our product. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for problem-solving, and a technical background.
You will also help to create and maintain internal and external documentation and promote a friendly, competent, and reliable image of Walls.io to our valued partners.
You are the right person for the job because you …
… have at least 3 years work experience in Customer Support, ideally in a software company.
… are interested and have experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT
... are comfortable conducting onboarding video calls with large customers in both English and German.
… are familiar with various social media platforms and their business features
… love communicating with all kinds of people
… stay calm, friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented even under pressure
… know how to prioritize tasks
... available for 1-2 monthly on-call weekend shifts (about 1-2 hours/day of actual work on average-obviously compensated)
… speak English fluently, and German on C1 level (also on phone and video calls)
... based in (or near) Vienna

You will work in a centrally located, open-plan office with a lot of natural light and space in a renovated factory building. There's a fully equippedfully-equipped kitchen with big dining tables, isolated phone/video-call booths, meeting and focus rooms, and a relaxation area.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at 40.000 EUR gross per year based on 38,5 hrs/week; we're willing to overpay depending on your qualifications and years of relevant work experience.
